While the Real Housewives of New York may not have received an Emmy nomination this morning, trust, you're missing some real good television if you didn't tune in to Tuesday's episode.  This week, Bravo delivered us the highly-anticipated moment when Countess Luann de Lesseps' utters her famous line "Be cool. Don't be all, like, uncool," which quickly went viral after it appeared in the previews for RHONY season 7.  In case you missed it, the explosive argument went down during a trip in Turks and Caicos after a few of the ladies, namely Carole Radziwill and  Heather Thomson, were upset when they woke up to find a few mystery men in the house, whom their co-stars had brought home the evening prior.

Norfolk's luxury sports-car maker Lotus says it's to cut 325 jobs from it's global workforce. In a statement to Heart, the Hethel based firm said: "The proposal was made following very careful consideration and may involve the loss of up to 325 jobs. The company wants to ensure that it has the right organisational structure in place to achieve its business goals and to build a strong, sustainable future. Regrettably, it is likely that compulsory job losses will be needed to ensure that the company has the right number of people with the right skills.
